We have the role just for you at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). The Agency ICT Servies Branch at the NDIA is seeking an APS6 Network Engineer who is passionate about technology. The Branch is responsible for supporting all ICT systems and infrastructure such as SAP CRM and Salesforce CRM. The Site Technology and Networks team within the Branch is responsible for delivering forward thinking technology services across the NDIA sites, such as Wired and Wireless Networks, Internet Connectivity, Video Conferencing, Networking, Printing and Digital Displays. The key duties of the position include Where you can add value Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Developing and managing WAN/LAN infrastructure for an Enterprises using certified methods supported by recognised network accreditations. Managing security protocols across physical, wireless and cloud networks as described in the Network Security Expert Certification Program. Resolving end user and application issues related to network infrastructure using accredited infrastructure management certification methods. Supporting change management activities. Contributing towards network testing, patching and quality control. Serving as a networking technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) by referencing knowledge available in globally recognised networking accreditations.
