As a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of our solutions, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most significant clients, while driving new business and acquiring net new logos.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver value to clients through effective account management and new business sales. With a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, you will be expected to achieve sales targets and quotas, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and create and implement GTM strategies to achieve revenue and business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Execution: Drive the sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client accounts.

* Account Strategy: Create and implement GTM strategies and account plans to achieve revenue and business development goals, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SymphonyAI solutions, and monitor and report on account performance.

* Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and pain points, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address specific client requirements, and own all sales opportunities for the entire sales lifecycle.

* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of SymphonyAI Financial Services' product offerings and value proposition, articulate the benefits and differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.

* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback for product improvements.

* Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback, using insights to inform strategies and improve account management practices.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

* Experience: Extensive experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology and/or financial services industry; experience with AI, AML, or compliance solutions is highly desirable.
