This role oversees the delivery of IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Services, ensuring high-quality customer delivery and Disaster Recovery readiness.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in mainframe and client/server technologies, excellent communication skills, and a background in information systems.
* Lead disaster recovery teams in assessing and developing recovery environment requirements and plans for customers
* Ensure disaster recovery plans align with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements
* Identify recovery requirements for new applications and systems, manage implementation of recovery techniques and review periodically
* Maintain monthly status reporting, plans, and other disaster recovery documentation
* 5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with a background in both mainframe and client/server technologies
* Expert knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking
* Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
