The Role
* This is a key support role to the Head of Store, creating an exceptional experience for our customers.
* You will work alongside the Head of Store to lead events, manage store activities, and bring to life initiatives localized to your store.
This role offers a dynamic blend of retail and management expertise, where you will be involved in both the day-to-day management of the store and the development of the team and culture.

6. Operational Excellence:
* Create a daily game plan to inspire and engage your team to drive results.
* Complete stock and visual merchandising tasks, including adjustments, pullbacks, and stocktake in a timely manner.
* Ensure faulty product, returns, and pullbacks are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Responsible for back of house organization, tidiness, and ensuring all inventory has an intentional home.
* Complete open and close duties with accuracy and ensure others do the same.
* Ensure the store is clean, tidy, priced, and full.
