About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Conduct video and phone consultations with patients via our secure telehealth platform
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications in accordance with Australian regulations and clinical guidelines
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records
Provide patient-centred, evidence-based medical care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when required
Uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards at all times
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration (General or Specialist)
Minimum 2+ years post-registration clinical experience
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and private workspace
Medical indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
Telehealth or digital health experience
Experience in general practice, urgent care, chronic disease management, or mental health
Availability for evenings or weekends (optional, not mandatory)
Remuneration & Incentives (Highly Competitive)
Base Pay:
$180 – $250 per hour, depending on experience and specialty
Commission Structure:
Up to 30–40% commission per completed consultation
Performance-based incentives for high patient satisfaction and availability
Earning Potential:
Part-time clinicians can earn $150,000 – $300,000+ annually (pro-rata)
No income cap — scale earnings based on availability
