This is a permanent opportunity offering an attractive salary package of circa $180K-$200K + superannuation, working within a collaborative consultancy environment on significant projects across Western Australia.
The Role
As the Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contract administration functions across major construction projects, ensuring commercial integrity, risk mitigation, and effective project delivery.
* Managing contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
* Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract documentation
* Providing commercial advice and risk management strategies
* Managing variations, claims, and contractual correspondence
* Supporting procurement and tender evaluation processes
* Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project governance
* Liaising with project stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and internal teams
About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record within the construction industry.
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Law
* Significant experience in contract administration within construction or consultancy environments
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial frameworks
* Experience managing variations, claims, and procurement processes
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple project stakeholders
* High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
