The Senior Learning Consultant position involves designing, delivering, reviewing and refining a suite of learning programs for the child protection workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations on learning opportunities that align with department needs.
* Prepare quality reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence.
* Manage external procurement and oversee maintenance of service standards in learning program delivery.

* Expertise in learning design and development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
