You'll have the chance to work hands-on with exciting clients, strengthen your expertise across multiple digital channels, and grow your career in a collaborative environment that values innovation and initiative.What You'll DoOwn the SEO strategy for your allocated portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor.Lead the full SEO process – from discovery and strategy creation through to optimisation and reporting.Conduct audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to design strategies aligned with client goals.Optimise site structure, content, and metadata to maximise visibility and rankings.Collaborate with content, web, and advertising teams to deliver integrated, cross-channel solutions.Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.Proactively adapt strategies in response to Google algorithm changes and industry trends.Insights & FeedbackShare structured client insights with Product and Operations to help refine products and fulfilment processes.Participate in departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives to support SEO excellence.Monitor competitor and market activity to help shape broader team strategies.Test and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and optimisation practices.What We're Looking ForSEO strategy experience (agency background preferred).
Strong grasp of SEO principles, Google algorithms, and how they drive results for SMEs.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog (or similar tools).
