Travellers Autobarn is one of the most recognised names in global campervan travel. With operations across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Japan, we help backpackers, digital nomads, couples, and families experience the freedom of the open road in our fleet of campervans and RVs.
We are now searching for a creative, data-driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing strategy and accelerate our growth across three continents.

The Role
You will own and execute the full marketing strategy across AU, NZ & USA, managing an in-house team and external agencies. Your mission is simple: grow brand awareness, increase bookings, and strengthen our position as a global road-trip provider.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
* Develop and deliver multi-market marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Manage brand consistency and elevate our creative across all touchpoints
Digital Marketing & Performance
* Lead SEO, SEM, paid social, retargeting and conversion optimisation
* Develop and execute Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-driven search and discovery platforms.
* Own and optimise marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), including CRM integration, email journeys, lead nurturing, and performance reporting.
* Own website performance across the AU, NZ & USA sites
* Drive data-led decision making and reporting across all channels
Content & Social
* Oversee content creation for blogs, video, social media, email & campaigns
* Grow engagement and community across all major platforms
* Produce campaigns that amplify our unique tone, humour and backpacker-spirit
Partnerships & PR
* Manage and grow relationships with OTAs, affiliates, tourism boards & media
* Execute influencer and brand partnerships that resonate with the van-life audience
Team & Budget
* Manage a small marketing team
* Oversee the global marketing budget and agency spend
Who You Are
* A strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills
* 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in travel, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands
* Skilled across paid media, SEO/SEM/GEO, content production & analytics
* Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to drive leads, bookings, and customer lifecycle marketing.
* Confident managing websites, CRO, and data reporting
* Passionate about storytelling, social content and creative brand-building
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and juggling multiple markets
* Bonus: Experience with vanlife/travel brands, marketplace platforms or global consumer audiences
