One Tree Community Services, Kalkee Road Children's Centreprovides high-quality childcare services for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our services include a funded kindergarten program for both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds, ensuring a comprehensive early learning experience
Located in Horsham, the vibrant heart of the Wimmera region, our center is ideally positioned at the gateway to the Silo Art Trail and the northwestern side of the Grampians National Park. Horsham is a lively city known for its picturesque river, welcoming locals, excellent coffee, boutique shopping, diverse dining and accommodation options, and a rich array of arts, culture, and recreational activities.
What you'll bring and do
* Qualification in early childhood education and care desirable but not essential
* Previous experience working in a childcare setting will be highly regarded
* Relevant food handling/safety certificate
* Allergy knowledge
* A valid working with children card (or ability to obtain)
* Friendly and positive attitude
* Excellent time management and verbal communication skills
* Menu planning, budget, and ordering
* Preparing meals for groups and meet special dietary requirements of the children with allergies and/or cultural preferences
* Maintain the environment in line with One Tree's Food Safety Program
