The Role
Co ordinate and schedule jobs, tradespeople and subcontractors.
Communicate with clients, trade staff and other internal members.
Optimize efficiency and productivity when scheduling.
Support other team members with general admin tasks
Man reception and respond to emails and job requests.
Requirements
In this varied and dynamic role, we are seeking someone with a can-do attitude, exceptional time management skills and a focus on customer administration and service.
As well as receptionist and general office administration skills, the ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling within a similar role from a plumbing, electrical, refrigeration or building group.
Previous use of SimPro or similar job management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
