Home Care Worker

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide individualised care using a consumer-directed approach, helping clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans. This may include personal care, domestic assistance, and social support. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities as per their care plans
- Providing domestic assistance, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering social support and companionship to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and reporting any incidents or hazards
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desired)
- Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel
- Registered and insured vehicle
- Compassion, empathy, and passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
