Love bikes? Blacklocks Motorcycles has a unique chance for a workshop manager to oversee and grow our busy multi franchise motorcycle service department. Be the friendly face our riders trust when it comes to their bikes.
Key responsibilities:
- Booking in motorcycle servicing, repairs and warranty work
- Communicating clearly with customers about work required, costs and timeframes
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and accurately
- Managing repair orders, invoicing and service documentation
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
About you:
- You live and breathe motorcycles
- You have strong customer service skills and are a great communicator
- You're good with computers
- You've got excellent attention to detail and are able to multitask in a fast paced environment
