Vawdrey Australia is seeking a Spare Parts Assistant to join our team at the Dandenong South facility. This role will be working closely with the Spare Parts Manager and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
\

* Assisting the Spare Parts Manager with day-to-day operations of the Spare Parts department
\
* Liaising with production and job scheduling
\
* Booking freight
\
* Monitoring stock levels
\
* Pick-up and deliveries
\
\
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\
\
* Effective communication skills - verbal and written
\
* Strong time management skills
\
* Able to build strong customer relationships
\
* Ability to work independently and in a small group
\
* Basic computer skills - word, excel etc
\
* Technical/engineering drawing interpretation - advantageous but not necessary
\
* Physical lifting and packaging
\
* Manual driver's license
\
\
