From Peppy Grove and Cottesloe to City Beach, Mosman Park and Swanbourne, you will oversee the construction of four to five bespoke homes at a time, including single, double and triple storey builds with basements and undercrosses.
What's On Offer
* Projects from $4M to $12M
* Manage no more than five homes at once
* Focus on quality craftsmanship and architectural detail
* Up to $170k plus super plus fully maintained vehicle
Duties Include
* Scheduling and coordinating all trades and suppliers
* Managing construction programs and ensuring key milestones are met
* Overseeing site safety, compliance and presentation
* Liaising with clients, architects and internal teams
* Resolving onsite issues
* Ensuring workmanship meets the highest standards throughout the build
About You
* Experience supervising high end custom homes
* Strong technical knowledge of residential construction methods
* Confident communicator with clients, architects and trades
* Detail driven with a professional, quality-focused approach.
