About the role:
Our Assistant Retail Managers are key to bringing our brand to life They're customer service superstars who know how to make people feel welcome, inspired, and connected on a personal level, helping them be the best they can be.
Supporting our Retail Manager, you'll motivate the team every day to deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for each customer, making them feel like a VIP.
With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll lead by example and help empower your team through fun training, mentoring, coaching, and feedback, making sure they feel supported, confident, and ready to succeed. You'll guide them in using their skills and product knowledge to help our customers glow, inside and out
What we're looking for:
* An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader, with at least 2 years of similar experience
* Someone with exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty (who loves leading teams that enjoy providing great customer service) and in a large, faced paced retail environment
* A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
* Great communication skills (so you can form genuine connections with customers and our team members)
* A creative touch for merchandising
* Experience in training is also a big plus
* Experience with rostering & working within EBA & GRIA frameworks, desirable
