**Overview of the role**
This new position is a key leadership role leading a team of maintainers in Raw Materials area integrrated with the processing side. You will be responsible for ore concentrator stacking area, acid plant, boilers, conveyors, ship loader etc.
**Qualifications, Skills & Experiences**:
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar level role
- Extensive knowledge of asset maintenance systems and process
- Ideally, you have a degree in engineering, maintenance management or an extensive related background
- Trade/Diploma qualified is desirable
- Capable of working at all levels of business and proficient at Superintendent/Management levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead and problem solve - make plans, take initiative to identify improvements and implement effectively
