Field Sales Lead
This is an entry-level leadership role where you will drive sales performance, develop and coach your team, and strengthen customer engagement. The role focuses on merchandising and managing store-level relationships.
* Leading the field team to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
* Reviewing sales performance and margin expansion
* Executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships with commercial and store teams
* Identifying and driving in-store merchandising growth opportunities
* Driving leadership behavioral standards and coaching/supporting the Field Sales team
* Fostering stakeholder relationships and cross-department collaboration
* Ensuring disciplined sales execution and adoption of technology tools
* Scheduling weekly team meetings and quarterly performance reviews
