We are seeking an experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
Job Description:
As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of store appearance and ensuring that all areas of the store are clean and tidy.
Responsibilities:
* To manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
* To maintain high standards of store appearance and ensure that all areas of the store are clean and tidy
* To lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
Working Hours Availability:
Please indicate your availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. We are flexible and willing to work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs.
Salary Expectations:
