We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager
to drive growth across large-scale hospitality and commercial projects. This role will
focus on developing and managing relationships with commercial building
companies, construction firms, architects, and interior designers, with a strong
emphasis on securing high-value hotel and hospitality contracts.
Experience in the commercial furniture or interiors industry is highly regarded,
particularly within hospitality, hotels, or large project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across hospitality-led
projects, including hotels and mixed-use developments
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Ramler's
brand positioning and global growth objectives
• Actively promote companies capabilities, quality, and delivery expertise to key
market stakeholders
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with:
o Commercial building companies
o Tier 1 & Tier 2 construction firms
o Architects and interior designers
o Project managers and developers
About You
Experience & Skills
• Proven experience in business development or sales within:
o Commercial furniture
o Interiors / joinery
o Hospitality, hotel or construction-related industries
• Demonstrated success in winning and managing large-scale, specification-led
projects
• Strong network across architects, designers, builders, and construction
professionals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
