Role Overview
The People Solutions Advisor plays a pivotal role in evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Human Resources programs. They work closely with key stakeholders to build trust and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Proactive management of employee absenteeism, performance, and relations case management
* Handling sensitive grievances and conducting complaint investigations
* Contributing to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and initiatives
* Providing coaching and advice to stakeholders in line with relevant awards, acts, regulations, and policies
* Facilitating inductions for new employees
* Maintaining key relationships
* Promoting a positive company culture and driving employee engagement
