Design and administer assessments, to evaluate students' understanding and provide timely feedback to students and parents on their progress and areas for improvement. Provide additional support and assistance to students who require differentiation to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with learning disabilities or English language learners. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to share ideas, resources, and strategies for improving student learning outcomes. Participate in team meetings, grade-level planning, and school-wide initiatives to support the school community. Ensure a safe and secure environment during physical activities, implementing proper safety protocols Skills & Experience: Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia Maintain a valid and up-to-date VIT registration or be eligible to apply Demonstrate previous experience in Primary teaching/placement Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
