Demand on our services has created an opportunity for a front end/Projects & Construction Special Counsel or Senior Associate to join the Melbourne team working with Partners Luke van Grieken and Stephen Natoli. Working across a range of large domestic and international projects this is a unique opportunity to pursue an area of law that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.
The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;
Responsibilities
* Assist clients on a range of front end matters and large scale projects with a strong focus on energy transition
* Advise on and draft a range of project documentation including project development and construction delivery documents
* Manage work streams on large domestic and international projects
* Supervise and mentor Graduates, Lawyers and Associate
* Liaise with clients and assist with business development initiatives
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a front-end construction or projects practice
* Experience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects matters
* Strong client liaison skills
* Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
* Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
