Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to provide software and hardware support for various medical devices across South Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Timely diagnose system errors and resolve customer issues promptly.
* Maintain up-to-date software levels on equipment.
* Achieve product repair turnaround goals.
* Provide technical sales support.
* Perform routine and breakdown maintenance as required.
* Schedule and communicate Preventative Maintenance visits and breakdown visits to fit in with customers' requirements.
* Monitor cases between Service Desk and customer for assigned sites.
* Retrieve technical information from devices and servers to assist with support cases.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to direct and support as appropriate.
* Proficiency in server knowledge and remote diagnostic experience.
* Ability to identify potential issues/complaints and escalate as appropriate.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
