Work with a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking an IT Helpdesk Coordinator on a 4 week assignment starting Monday 17th November.
This organisation is a leading brand with offices in multiple countries, specialising in rare disorders.
The Role
Reporting to the IT Specialist, you will;
* Provide onsite technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
* Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
Experience
For this position, you will have;
* Full Australian working rights.
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in IT.
* Local experience working in an IT Helpdesk role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
