We are looking for the right fit to join our Reservations team based at our Nudgee office (near the Brisbane Airport).
HOURS REQUIRED: Ideally full time hours, with flexibility to suit your needs. Casual or permanent. Long term, stable employment. Weekend work available.
As an Inbound/Outbound Reservations Phone Consultant, you'd join our exceptional crew, following up on our website enquiries with a focus on making bookings and providing quality customer service. NO COLD CALLING!
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Making outbound calls to customers who have made an online enquiry on our website to secure bookings.
- Exceptional customer service, providing any information that customers may require.
- Answering Inbound phones calls.
- Occasional face to face customer service on counter facilitating car rentals as required.
Successful applicants will have:
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self motivated/persistent attitude.
- Exceptional sales ability (Previous sales experience is A MUST!!)
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Previous experience and success with outbound telemarketing or appointment setting is highly regarded.
- Drivers License
