A seasoned HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic operational environment? 
What You’ll Be Doing 
Act as a highly competent HR Generalist, supporting site operations with strategic and hands-on HR guidance 
Lead and manage end-to-end investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and timely resolution 
Drive performance management initiatives, partnering with leaders to build capability and accountability 
Provide expert advice on IR/ER matters, navigating complex workplace scenarios with confidence 
Build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business 
Coach and mentor site leaders, fostering a culture of Leader-led engagement and ownership 
Assist with the implementation of a robust Respect at Work framework, aligned with current reforms and best practice 
What You Bring 
Proven experience in a senior HR advisory or business partner role 
Strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations 
Demonstrated ability to conduct workplace investigations independently 
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills 
Familiarity with the Respect at Work reforms and capability to lead cultural change initiatives 
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence and lead
