Job Description:

1. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality speech therapy services to diverse clientele, focusing on enhancing communication skills in home, school, and community settings.
2. They will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client management, consult with external agencies, and provide workshops and support to families and caregivers.
3. The Speech Pathologist will contribute to and participate in professional learning opportunities, including counseling, speech reading, and other relevant programs.
4. They will demonstrate advanced-level practice in one or more clinical areas, with the potential to manage and support clinical services or teams.
5. Comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans will be developed for children and adults addressing a wide range of speech and language disorders.

Requirements:

* Educational background: An approved degree in Speech Therapy with current or pending registration with the relevant Board.
* Certifications: Valid Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Check, First Aid/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a practice setting is essential.
* Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
