**What do you do?**
- Hands on role, working both from the office and on-site
- Oversee daily delivery of operational tasks to ensure everything is completed efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (hotels, building managers, shopping centres management.)
- Engage with new clients for the business
- Report regularly to Management
- Resolve issues in a timely matter
- Assist in rostering staff with the support team
- Manage staff ensuring a smooth operation and provide ongoing support
**What do you need?**
- 3+ years operations management experience (within the cleaning or security industry preferred)
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Tech Savvy ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Extensive knowledge with OH&S;
- Excellent relationship building and management skills with stakeholders
