Join our dynamic tyre wholesale team in Brisbane!
We are seeking a motivated Wholesale Tyre Salesperson to drive sales and build strong relationships with retail tyre outlets, workshops and fleet operators across the state. Reporting to the General Manager, you will promote our premium tyre range, manage key accounts and achieve ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively prospect and acquire new wholesale customers while nurturing existing accounts.
* Conduct sales calls, site visits and product demonstrations to showcase tyre features, benefits and competitive pricing.
* Prepare accurate quotes, process orders and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse team.
* Monitor customer orders, stock levels and payment terms to maximise sales and minimise aged debt.
* Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
* Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
* Stay informed on tyre industry trends, competitor activity and new product launches.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in tyres, automotive parts or wholesale distribution.
* Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Confident negotiator comfortable with phone sales, face-to-face presentations and objection handling.
* Knowledge of the tyre industry
* Full Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel within Queensland.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; tech-savvy.
* Physically fit to occasionally assist with tyre demonstrations or stock checks.
