Civil Project Engineer Job Opportunity
This is a challenging and dynamic role for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, design, and contractual requirements.

* Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to facilitate monitoring and compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
2. Client interactions to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
3. Quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance), reporting regularly on project status.
4. Mentoring the project team; cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
5. Reviewing engineering deliverables and managing corrective actions.
6. Preparation, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of assigned projects.
7. Creation, review, and updating of project programs.
Requirements:
* Tertiary engineering qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Construction White Card and Current driver's license.
* Ability to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC).
* Competency in Project Management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project).
* Sound understanding of Australian Standards (AS).
* Experience in Contracts administration and management.
* Experience in managing construction scheduling and cost/cash flow management.
* At least 5 years' experience as a civil engineer.
* The ability to work autonomously with a positive and professional attitude.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A strong commitment to safety and the ability to deliver on project commitments.
