We are growing fast across APAC and need a partnerships pro to keep that momentum rolling.
What you'll be doing
* Build the partner pipeline – identify and sign POS providers, accounting platforms, consultants and other tech vendors that fit our Ideal Partner Profile.
* Drive referrals and revenue – turn partner relationships into a steady flow of qualified leads and closed deals.
* Enable and engage – run crisp onboarding, training and co-marketing so partners know exactly how to pitch Supy.
* Nurture like a champ – schedule regular check-ins, share playbooks and spot upsell or reseller opportunities.
* Work with sales – stay tight with AEs to accelerate partner-sourced deals and shorten sales cycles.
* Track the numbers – report weekly on leads, added MRR and partner activity so everyone sees the impact.
What we're looking for
* Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech or B2B partnerships is a plus, but grit and curiosity matter more.
* Proven ability to hit targets and grow revenue through partners.
* Clear communicator who can translate tech into commercial wins.
* Self-starter who thrives in a scale-up and loves solving problems.
