Personal AssistantWith seven experienced specialty surgeons, Oromax prides itself on providing exceptional care and administrative support to their patients and surgeons. Oral Maxillofacial Surgery is a highly specialised field that bridges the gap between Dentistry, Medicine, and Surgery.We are now seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a nominated surgeon and become an integral member of this dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess a keen attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.About the Role:As the Personal Assistant, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality administrative services. You will be the central point of coordination between the surgeon, the practice team, patients, and other colleagues. Your ability to efficiently manage tasks, prioritise work, and ensure smooth communication will be crucial to the success of the practice.Full-time permanent positionBe part of a supportive and collaborative teamContribute to the seamless operation of a well-respected practiceWork in a professional, respectful environment where patient care is our top priorityKey Responsibilities:Provide efficient administrative support to the practice, surgeons, patients, and colleaguesAssist in training team members and uphold the required standardsWork collaboratively with the Administration Manager to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresOpen and maintain reception/admin desks, ensuring appropriate cover throughout the dayServe as the main point of contact for the nominated surgeon, coordinating and filtering necessary informationManage the nominated surgeon's calendar and ensure seamless schedulingPromote teamwork and support continuous process improvements across all Oromax staffWork closely with the Administration Manager and colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the practiceSkills & Experience:Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookDemonstrated excellence in customer/patient care with a high attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyKnowledge of medical terminology and/or health insurance schemes is desirableExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsAbility to perform tasks with accountability and discretionConfidentiality of all patient and practice informationCurrent first aid certificateCertificate III Dental Assistant or similar desirableApply NowTo register your interest, please forward your current resume and cover letter via the application link.Your confidential application will be acknowledged by email and shortlisted applicants will be contacted by phone from the Davies Stewart team.For a confidential conversation please contact our office To stay up to date with this role and other positions available through Davies Stewart please visit our website and social platforms or contact our friendly team.
