Facilities Maintenance Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance of our facilities on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of buildings and equipment
* Liaison with external contractors where required
* Lawn and garden maintenance as required
* Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
* Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
