As a Regional Program Lead, you will be responsible for achieving outcomes as a results-driven leader with exceptional leadership skills. You will work in regional Queensland and lead programs, services, and team members to deliver high-quality results.
About the Role
* Leadership and Governance: Provide expert advice and support to the Regional Director, oversee regional planning initiatives, and lead regional programs, services, and team members.
* Strategic Planning: Analyse complex policy issues, develop administrative processes and systems, and build relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.

* Ensure regional program objectives are achieved through effective leadership and strategic planning.
* Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to support regional program delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders to achieve regional program objectives.
