What we are looking for?
* Outstanding presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail.
* You have amooozing customer service skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure
* Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Responsibilities include;
* All Scoop Shop Operations including day to day operations, equipment maintenance, food safety, marketing and customer service
* Minimum 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience is required.
* Minimum 1+ years of retail or food service experience is required.
* Work with your team to bring customer excellence to our fans
* Establish a motivating work environment that actively encourages and supports employee involvement
* Implementation of all store policies and procedures.

Work Environment
Scoop Shop is open 7 days per week, morning, and evening hours; individual must be willing to work a flexible rotating roster across nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays.
Applicants must be 15+ years of age.
