What You'll Be Doing
* Lead manufacturing and distribution costing, including standard costs, COGS, PPVs and labour recovery
* Partner with Operations to deliver meaningful manufacturing performance reporting and insights
* Own inventory analysis, including aged, excess and slow‐moving stock, provisions and write‐offs
* Manage capital expenditure, including business cases, ROI analysis, forecasting and reporting
* Support budgeting, forecasting and long‐range planning for operations
* Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting
* Act as a trusted finance partner across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and procurement
* Support future M&A activity through due diligence and operational integration of acquisitions

What We're Looking for
* Degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting (CPA / CA qualified or progressing)
* Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing or distribution
* Strong background in cost accounting (standard costing) and inventory management
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Pronto, SAP or similar)
* A proactive, hands‐on approach with a passion for data integrity and problem solving
* Ability to work autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability
* Highly relationship‐driven, with the ability to engage and influence cross‐functional stakeholders
