**About the role**:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the successful warehousing and inventory of this storage organisation. In addition, the Warehouse Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate organisation of stock, maintenance of booking orders and internal control procedures and provide both guidance and support to their peers. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, self-motivation and strong customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage administration of stock control: monitor stock levels, book orders, retrieval and timely delivery of goods (loading and transferring)
- Planning, organising and controlling of the warehouse operations.
- Running weekly stock level reports
- Monitor inventory tracking system(s) accuracy.
- Ensure inventory information is accurate, reliable and accessible.
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external stakeholders/suppliers/customers
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a similar role/capacity would be advantageous.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong planning, coordinating and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Excellent people and process management skills
- Hands-on approach with a high attention to detail
- Works well independently with minimum supervision and is also a team player.
