About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in our day-to-day operations while also helping us connect with our community online.
In-Store Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service with personalized supplement advice tailored to individual lifestyle and health goals
* Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment
* Update in-store promotions and promotional materials
* Organize and ship online orders daily, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
Social Media Responsibilities (Remote)
* Manage and create content for our social media platforms
* Help engage our online community and promote products, offers, and wellness education
* Liase with ambassadors and content creators
* Liase with Meta/Google Ad manager
About You
* Friendly, motivated, and customer-focused
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Sales or retail experience preferred
* A genuine interest in health and wellness
* Social media skills are highly regarded
