Overview

We're seeking a hands‐on Dynamics365 CE Team Lead with either a Functional or Development background. You will be managing a team of CE professionals (developers and consultants) across NewZealand, as well as partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and advising them on how to leverage their solution to achieve these goals.

You'll gain a deep understanding of each client's organisation to ensure successful delivery, offer support in resolving issues and suggest enhancements to improve their existing systems. This role's focus is to engage with clients, to deeply understand their goals, challenges and opportunities and take initiative in driving progress, conducting regular meetings and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of our NZ Operations team
• Providing day‐to‐day proactive advisory services to our clients
• Working in a strategic partnership with our Service Delivery Managers
• Maximizing business value for clients by anticipating client needs, recommending best practices and suggesting future enhancements
• Hands‐on customization and configuration of D365 CE
• Overflow issue resolution

Your Profile

• 5+years experience providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills as a Functional Consultant in D365CE/Power Platform
• Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements
• Demonstrated experience in a support environment
• Confidence working directly with clients
• Hands‐on experience in day‐to‐day team management, where you've been accountable for the ongoing performance and wellbeing of direct reports
• Able to multi‐task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
