Business Development Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our relationship management team in Sydney.
This key member of the customer leadership team will contribute to sales planning and drive execution of business strategy. The successful candidate will own and deliver sales revenue and margin targets for the northern sales division, leading from the front by engaging face-to-face with partners and managing key relationships.
The ideal candidate will also lead a team of relationship managers locally and remotely, providing direction, coaching, and support. They will collaborate with vendor teams on channel promotions and sales incentives, create and implement sales strategies, drive CRM discipline, and provide feedback on market trends and industry developments.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an in-depth understanding of the IT channel within the distribution landscape. The ideal candidate should have proven ability to influence sales opportunities, a commercially focused mindset, and experience leading high-performing teams. They should be skilled in managing strategic customer relationships and comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed structure.
