THE ROLE
We are looking for an additional Maintenance Supervisor to join our Commercial Maintenance team based in Osborne Park. This role oversees the delivery of maintenance services for our commercial clients to ensure they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high quality standards TDL is known for.
You will be responsible for ensuring client relationships are maintained and reporting requirements are met. You will also be required to schedule and provide on‑going support and mentoring to your teams on‑site.
What we're looking for:
* Significant horticultural and landscaping/gardening experience (ideally you will have a Certificate III or IV in Horticulture).
* Excellent leadership skills to be able to lead and mentor your teams, as well as regular communications with our clients.
* High level of attention to detail and ability to ensure quality is maintained on‑site.
* Experience working with and to budgets.
* Working knowledge of WHS and ability to follow (and effectively communicate to site teams) TDL policies, plans, and procedures.
* Highly organised and accountable to follow through on commitments internally and to our clients.
