At Midland Solar, we've spent the past five years driving the growth of our company. This is an exciting stage of expansion and system building. We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Project Administrator to join our Bendigo office full-time. You'll be at the heart of operations — coordinating installations, and keeping workflows smooth across solar, and hot water programs.

You'll excel in this role if you:
Are organised, proactive, and take pride in accuracy
Communicate clearly with customers, installers, and internal teams
Have experience in administration, scheduling, or operational support
Have a minimum of 1+ years of solar administration experience
Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
Have strong attention to detail and enjoy improving systems
Have experience with solar industry CRMs
Preferably have previous experience or an understanding of the solar and renewable energy industry
Bring a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for improvement
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate installation schedules across solar, batteries, and heat pump projects
Maintain accurate job data in our CRM and internal systems
Liaise with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
Manage incomplete or "half-sales" follow-ups to ensure jobs reach completion
Support management with reporting and workflow optimisation
Help improve processes and the overall customer experience
