The current WA team has been established since 2013. Base Exceptional Commission Structure (30% to 50% commission). Base Criteria 5 years Recruiting or Building Services / Facilities experience Australia-based experience in Trades recruitment (3 years) At least 2 years' experience recruiting Electricians, HVAC, Plumbers, Fire Technicians, Building Maintenance Technicians and have a network Driven, eager team-player who wants to generate a good income through high comm's (30% to 50%) Ability to be agile and adapt to changing markets Happy to consider someone relocating interstate to Perth Outline Duties The key duties are business generation, delivery and stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff. Supporting Facilities Management Providers, Electrical, Fire, HVAC and Building Maintenance Contractors in finding Trades Staff for Permanent Mobile and Static roles across WA, SA & NT. Working across a mix of Master Vendor, Preferred Supplier, Existing, Developing and New Clients.
