Your Next Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our Production team. This full‐time position plays a key role in ensuring efficient production and delivery of our products, with regular overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
Essential
* Valid forklift licence
* Demonstrated experience operating front‐end loaders
* Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
Desirable
* Previous experience operating excavator, dump truck or other earthmoving equipment
* Previous experience in landscape supplies or composting facility
* Current Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence
Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To
* Operate front‐end loaders to handle raw materials and finished products
* Operate articulated dump trucks to transfer materials on‐site
* Operate forklifts to move and stack products within the facility
* Assist in general production tasks, including machinery operation and maintenance checks
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures
Standard Hours: 38 hours per week Monday – Friday and overtime where applicable.
