We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand revenue streams within our Equipment business. As the Equipment Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in leading our sales initiatives by managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a steady project pipeline. This role will have a strong focus on balers, compactors, and other high-volume waste handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
* Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs
* Explain technical specifications and benefits of equipment clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
* Negotiate contract terms and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
* Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams to address customer issues or equipment concerns.
About You
To excel in this role, you should be organized, proactive, and have a strong interest in manufacturing construction and/or environmental management. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with waste management, environmental consultancy, or related industries is a plus.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM software.
