An award winning, well-known and established builder & developer with a reputation for building stunning homes is currently experiencing growth in their Marketing division.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for the residential property industry who's looking to take the next step in their career. You'll gain hands-on experience across a range of initiatives — from brand campaigns and TV features to digital content, events, and social media.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will work across;
* Develop and execute digital and social media marketing strategies to maximise reach and engagement.
* Manage CRM campaigns and lead generation activities to improve lead quality and support sales growth.
* Create and deliver multi-channel content (social, video, email, landing pages, digital ads) aligned with brand guidelines.
* Analyse campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI using platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Insights.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
* Support marketing planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
* Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver aligned campaigns.
* Represent marketing in meetings, presentations, and industry events, while identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
About you:
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
* Previous experience in the residential construction, property, or real estate industry (highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Proficiency with Adobe Indesign, HubSpot and CapCut
* A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Paying up to $110k + super (experience dependant)
