Viridian IT is expanding into Hobart and looking for a Technician to join our team. We specialise in providing field-based IT support services along side remote and on-site MSP services tailored to the evolving needs of all sized businesses across Australia. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality service and hands-on support.
Our primary focus is on delivering in-person IT solutions - installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure to enhance business performance, improve efficiency, and support operational capacity.
Technicians are responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required.
A valid driver's licence is required for field service visits and site attendance.

Experience and/or Qualifications
1. Problem solving mindset
2. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is required.
3. Specific experience in troubleshooting desktops/laptops, network equipment, servers, and printers/peripherals is required.
4. Minimum of 1-2 years of hardware troubleshooting experience is required.
5. Friendly customer service
6. Australian work rights are required for this position.
7. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
Salary + Work Roster
$55,000 - $60,000 + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Super
Monday to Friday + Occasional Weekend Work
