Page makes it possible, you make it PageJob DescriptionAs an Associate Director - Customer Partnerships in PageGroup's NSW business, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Operations to identify and expand key accounts within Financial Services and Consumer businesses.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Partnerships, you will work to deliverables around new key accounts, key account growth, and referred revenue.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue New Business opportunities to expand the client base within the NSW market, across both SMB and enterprise clients, specifically within FS and Consumer verticalsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectivesNurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring outstanding Customer Experience and in turn retention and growth across all business linesUsing data and insights to add value to key customers within the portfolioUsing market research and industry trends to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectationsProvide quarterly account reviews for key customersProvide updates and reporting to senior leadership team on sales performance, market insights and growth opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.The Successful ApplicantSuccessful ApplicantProven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.A strong understanding of the recruitment or professional services industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive and results-driven approach to work
