Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent for a Casual, on-site position based in Adelaide, SA.
Some of your key duties will include:
* Managing room reservation requests by booking, entering, and updating reservation details in the system to ensure a seamless and efficient reservation process.
* Responding to booking enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
* Delivering high-quality customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
* Ensuring accurate payment information is received and entered into the system in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Previous Front Office Reception or Reservation experience preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment environment
* Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
* A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team
* Excellent grooming and presentation standards
* Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Previous experience with RMS is desirable
* The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
* Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia
